Our personnel are very well versed in all the customs regulations and related laws, which include customs clearance, duty drawback, full documentation and classification. We are also very good at on site field support to expedite and interact with Customs for shipment release. We can handle any form of clearance at all Malaysia entry points and in most foreign countries.

The implementation of an electronic community system that interfaces with the Customs Information System network has allowed us to submit electronic documents to the Customs. There are two types of declaration - declarations for import export and bonded movement, and the free zone declarations for re-export, transshipment and value-added services.

All the declarations are submitted electronically to Customs, via our in-house system and are transmitted to the Customs Information System. The Customs would process all documents online and respond back with the appropriate approval. This facilitates faster cargo movement through simplified document procedures for all submission.

Payment of duties using the EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) facility is also part of the electronic community. All order of payment is executed electronically for all our submission. The exchange allowed various banking transactions done with high secure data exchange.

The use of encoded smart cards and security reader has allowed users a safer and faster fund transfer among participating financial institutions. Essentially, it promotes inter-connectivity and inter-operability, irrespective of the locations of financial institutions
